At first I was a little scared of ordering a custom match, sice it was my first one, but then I started talking to Dave and I asked him all the questions referring to customs and how it all worked.Then I decided to trust him and I transferred the money to the paypal address given. Not long after he got the transfer, he sent me an email to confirm and the whole process went smooth. I had my video 2 days after it was filmed, and am very happy with the results. Love the video store, you can preview matches before making a purchase, you can even rent them, and then if you like them, buy them. Love that feature.

Ordered a custom once from WAW, I was pleased with the overall outcome of the match. They made sure to get the holds I requested. They even followed up with me 1 week after I received the video to make sure I was happy with the outcome.
